Your message and contact information will be sent discretely to me via electronic mail, and you will be taken to my scheduling page to choose a first appointment time. From there you can download my “Intake Form” and start the process of therapy by giving yourself time to read the topics and questions I raise, pause to reflect and listen within, and discover what is true now about your history, difficulties, and goals in seeking support.

Alternatively, you can ask me on the form below to call you and give me some times when you are likely to be available to speak confidentially. You may want to speak to me not as much to get more information but as to begin getting acquainted with me, so as to see if it feels like we will make a good team. When you choose to make an appointment, remember that you are only committing to that one appointment at which time you will get even more experience of how it feels to start this journey.
