How to Get Started
The first step in getting started is to make a phone call or send me an email letting me know that you are interested in counseling/psychotherapy or at least gathering more information to see if we are a good match.
As I frequently am unavailable to answer my phone directly, I will likely need to return your call at a time and place where you can speak comfortably and confidentially. By phone I can answer more of your questions and can learn something about the issues you wish to address and your goals in our work together. We can then schedule a first appointment, and I can email or fax you my intake form for you to complete and bring with you to your first appointment.
If you still want more of an experience of me and my approach to therapy, you can schedule a free consultation to meet with me in my office. It is important to tune into your whole body’s intelligence in making the commitment of choosing a counselor-therapist, someone who will accompany you on a journey of healing and self-transformation.
